Whats your idea of the perfect body?

I am fairly close to the first picture that was posted by the OP.
The biggest difference is my belly is not flat, and I'm 50 and she is not. I'm 5'8 (almost) and a size 10 (a few 8's)
Too bad we can't all walk around everyday and be airbrushed.
Alot of the women that have been posted have beautiful bodies....we are all different ...I'm never going to have huge boobs or butt without plastic surgery, and I'm never going to have ripped muscles..or be in my twenties again....just the way it is.
I wouldn't mind losing 10 lbs...and am working on muscle tone....
But just being realistic....my hubby loves my body...and I'm fairly happy with it all things considered.0 -
Why can’t a person have an opinion without being told that the media has screwed with their mind etc?
My idea of a perfect female body is thin. I personally don’t like how fat looks. I suppose there are some people out there that do. I am trying very hard to make it so that I do not have fat rolls on my body because I do not like how I look with fat.
I did the math and at 5’4 for me to be considered “underweight” I’d have to weigh 108 lbs or less. My ideal weight for myself would probably be 110-115. I’m striving for 120 because I’m realistic. I currently weigh about 150 and IMO, I look horrendous. Like seriously, I can’t even look in the mirror right now because I hate how I look.
Just because someone is thin or prefers the look of thin does not mean that they have some sort of problem. They just have a preference and there is nothing wrong with that.
I so agree! I'm kind of afraid to put on this thread what my ideal body would look like. I also like the thin look and as long as I'm not starving myself to get there, I don't see why that's a problem.
I don't think anyone has a "perfect" body, but some people are pretty close. I loved Heidi Montag's body before she got the ridiculous implants but after she went on her fitness kick (I think she is about 5'2, and was around 100-105 pounds). I think Marisa Miller has a great body but her boobs are too big and I can't really strive to look like her as she is way taller than me. Miranda Kerr has a great body, and I hate to say it, but I really like Miley Cyrus's body now. All these women are pretty thin, but not unhealthily so.
Thank you both! Geesh!0 -
Not too many guys in this thread
I'll second this one as perfect male0 -
Whoa, she's totally hot.
Maybe a little slimmer than this is my goal.0 -
What is her name?
I think this girl has just about as perfect as a body as there is! This is what I would love to look like, curves without rolls! I never want to lose my curves even if that makes me a bit overweight! Besides, just cuz u r thin doesn't mean you are healthy and just cuz you have curves doesn't make you fat and unhealthy!0 -
Mine is in my pictures- I keep it for GW and GF inspiration lol And I have no problem with plus size- I think plus size/full figured is what Im aiming for- Size 14/16 girls look beautiful to me. I don't care what the rest of the world wants- and even at my current size I don't have any problem with men wanting me- What men think they want- and real life application is malleable lol.0

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Just above my post is what Im aiming for. yep yep0

My ideal. She's my height, and I don't want a popping six pack, just a defined tummy, but her arms! would kill for those! I have always had big arms! even when I was swimming 5-6 days a week competitively.
Her name is Jennifer Stano, and you do realise that she lives in Beverly hills, owns her own fashion company and is married to a rich Greek businessman?
She probably spends her entire day working out with an expensive personal trainer and has endless money to fund her image which is the only thing she has?
On top of that the image is from her promotional material for her company, so is staged and photo shopped to no end, you really think some american Beverly hills wife is going to release pictures of her that are not enhanced? I mean look at her arms, they are not even the same size, and compared to her sharp face they are blurry which is a give away of being photo shopped.
You can't aim for something like that, its not real, and its not sustainable to anyone but the 1%'s wives.0 -

I think this girl is undeniably beautiful but I also think she is overweight. Am I going to be crucified for my opinion...because that's what this thread is after all, opinions. Also I couldn't give a monkeys what anyone thinks about my opinion, it's mine and I own it.0 -
You know what I remember is that I'm tall (5'10) and kind of an Amazon. There was a point in my life when I was too thin by the standards of a doctor (when I was around 17 and suffered malnutrition due to circumstances outside my control.) and I was a size ten then. So, I'll never be a US size 5 or 6 and I'll never be super slim. But, that's okay. According to my doctor I need to have a weight between 175-180lbs and that will most likely be a US size 12-14 (I'm 226 right now and a size 18). So, it's subjective. I'll always be larger than a, well, smaller girl. Period. I remember that when I see some of the pictures posted above with super slim girls. That's not me. I'm not that build or height. SO long story short. My idea body is a healthy fit one. If that has you weighing 180 or 125 it doesn't matter to me, what matters is that you are healthy, fit and happy. Make sense?0

:noway: Stop it- I wish the moderator would delete all these useless OPINIONS- no one cares- quit criticizing- The question is what's your ideal body image- not what do you like and dislike about someone elses ideal.0

Oprah Winfrey is one of the wealthiest women in the world, and even she struggles with her weight. It comes down to your own dedication, and nothing more. Nice try, though.0 -

Who said dedication wasn't part of it? I never implied that being rich was all that was needed, your reply makes no sense.0 -
I'm straight, but I think I just fell in love with this girl... Oh my
What I would do for some hips like those...
She is most definitely overweight. I don't find this attractive at all.
oh yes, "most definitely." I assume you know her stats? please....
she's fat
I beg to differ. Nice curves and decent bust. She's just as attractive to me as some of the skinnier women shown in this thread.
I wouldn't say she's fat. Maybe if comparing her to a rail you could say she is.
I don't have an ideal, but more of a range.0 -
My ideal body is what I have, just a little more toned! I'm not stick thin, I have some awesome curves, and I know I look decent! I was once very thin, around 95 pounds. This is still ok for my height. I didn't starve myself, I ate like a pig. I just never gained weight! However I still had cuves then! I'm 118 now, would love to be 115! I believe self confidence is what makes a woman sexy! While I admit I lost mine a while back, I have the confidence back! Women....girls....LOVE the body you have!0
-
I'd be concerned if she is classed as over weight!!
I wish i had her body, then again it is airbrushed to the max!
Haha, yeah. I tried to find a decent non edited photo >.<
And her size (10US 14AU) is considered plus sized. o.o
10US is considered plus sized?! W.T.F.?! That's average!! This world has a very twisted sense of "beauty". I think that model is beautiful!0 -

Hate to say it but you are right, she is gorgeous but overweight. This maybe your goal which is fine. I think what makes her gorgeous though is her confidence. She is owning her look and willing to show it off but I highly doubt that is a completely uneditted photo.
I say be happy with what you have but also strive for better and healthier. NOT PERFECTION!0 -
This thread absolutely disgusts me. I hope it gets locked.0

It doesn't have so much to do with how it looks, but what it can do with it. It's all about being able to do the things you want to do like running, biking, hiking, playing with your kids without getting winded in 5 seconds, etc. It's a body that has as much of a chance as possible to live a long life barring some untimely demise.0

There is no such thing as a perfect body. I tell myself this, but I don't always believe it. But I think the only way I'll ever be happy is if I quit picking out pictures of girls with "perfect" bodies and then trying to make myself look like them. I just want to be the best that I can be, that's all.
PERFECTION DOES NOT EXIST.0 -

A huge part of your post was that she's wealthy and has a lot of free time to work out and that her body type is unattainable to "normal" people. It's certainly not a body type limited to someone in that position - busy people with busy lives achieve bodies like that every day.0 -
I wouldn't chuck her outa bed lol.
But seriously. I have no "design" for the perfect bod or the beautiful bod because so many different types of bods and people have to ability to project "beauty to me". I say to myself all the time "there are many ways to be beautiful". A minimum requirement for beauty is is health though. If you're really under or really overweight then you might be a beautiful person but you need to "fix" your body for your own good.
Even if there were a "perfect" description of beauty. What good would it do us? It would only make 1% of us happy because so few people could achive us. We have a certain base to work with and have to do the best with what we have .0 -
This!! I would LOVE to have her figure!
Scarlett Johansson. I love her curves.
Oh this is me! I have her shape and curves. And when I am dressed up people say I look like her. 135 is a perfect weight for me and I am determined to get back there.0 -

I second this motion.
I think the person posting it had good intentions about "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and "just be healthy"...but I'm sure lots of people on here have written some offensive things.0 -
Overweight in your eyes or not... this girl is seriously making me question my preference for men! LOL
I would love to look like this... and may (fingers crossed) just have the body type to do so one day.0 -

Except that I didn't look so flippin' gorgeous or buxom, waist and hip wise, she looks about like I did around 147 or so, which was near the higher end of normal, but not overweight.
Higher body fat percentage than the average model? Sure. Overweight or unhealthy. Nope.0 -
Flat stomach. No muffin top.0
