    5. Do you eat back exercise calories? (Y/N) - sometimes, if I have a vigorous workout, I usually do, but I keep it lean and I do lots of little portions through the day, good luck!

    current weight 175 varies 2pounds

    don't have body fat but my stomach is 4" smaller

    slight loss in muscular ability was could do 9 pullups before would think I should be able to do more being lighter but I still do 9 pullups I eat back calories most of the time (the exception is if I'm not hungry)

    plan is to get to the weight I want sustain it and work on strength training then
