    I understand. Anything over 250 comes off pretty easily for me. I'm at the weight right now that I've settled in to for several years and it's a bit of a fight to get under but it's a goal I'm committed to. I haven't weighed under 200 pounds since 1994 when I quit smoking. I intend to get there by the end of this year and to goal next year sometime.
    Everything about this attempt is different for me, mostly my attitude, so I'm very confident I will be successful.

    I kind of forgot about this whole challenge so I haven’t been good about the weekly post. Didn’t quite hit my goal of 285, but I did get to 288! So 20 lbs down for this challenge. Hope y’all are doing well!!

    I liked this challenge! Not sure if it was it or the fact that my one year of effort is coming up on June 11. I really wanted to be under 200, now I want to be at 50 pounds down, which should be doable if I keep up the same pace.

    I've been off and on MFP for two years and every time I start to make real progress I quit for some reason and up even more fat. Today I'm trying again. Today is day one. Hopefully being active and seeing you fine folks here will help me find the strength I need.
