So here are my Level 1 Results. I haven’t done any other exercise consistently alongside 30DS.
Lost half an inch off my tummy, and lost half a lb. Not a lot. Can you see any difference in the pics???
I’m hoping for more visible results in the next 2 levels.
Wow. You stomach and arms look more toned. There is def a difference.0 -
I just finished L1D1. I was scared going into it, but honestly it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong it def worked my tail off and I had to stop a couple times. (but it isn't unusual for me to have to stop when I am doing a class at the gym either...i just figure I am waaayyyy out of shape... )0

I am on day 10 today... so I won't be joining your challenge but just wanted to give you some MOTIVATION. Day 1-3, I almost died, could finish any of the sets without a break.. but if you can push through, it gets easier [without being too easy.. if that makes sense] each day! You will love it! ;-)) GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN!0

Sure enough But go at your own rate, key is just to keep getting fitter.
