    OK. I think I'll give this a shot. Last week I managed to burn 8969 but that involved two days of excessive walking at the Iowa State Fair.

    I was sore today from yesterday's weights in cardio circuit, but glad that I at least got out for a 30 min fast hill walk this morning:happy:
