    Had to work through some major shin splints on the walk today, but really glad I made the time and effort. I love this challenge - it is really helping keep me on track :)

    Mon: 545 cals burned - 30 minute interval training walk & 30 minutes cardio circuit
    Tues: 230 calories burned (30 mins fast walking - lots of hills in the countryside)
    Weds: 464 Calories burned (80 mins fast walking in the countryside)

    I have been trying new ways to increase my calorie burn so this is good.
    Mon 8/20 calories burned 442 - 60 minutes walking and 60 minutes dance class
    Tue. 8/21 calories burned 670 - 60+ minutes hiking and 90 minutes yoga
    We'd 8/22 calories burned 584 2 hours 30 minutes hiking in the hills
