I did it !!! I Can't believe it - thanks so much for this message board - it was my first week after a long time of not working out, and I am so glad to have achieved my goal.
Mon: 545 cals burned - 30 minute interval training walk & 30 minutes cardio circuit
Tues: 230 calories burned (30 mins fast walking - lots of hills in the countryside)
Weds: 464 Calories burned (80 mins fast walking in the countryside)
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: 917 calories burned 60 minutes bike ride & 45 minutes cardio circuit
Saturday: 134 calories burned 40 mins Walking the dogs
Sunday: 829 calories burned 70 mins bike ride and 25 mins cardio circuit
Total: 3119 (119 over!!)
