            Yesterday I ate one grapefruit, nectarine, 1.5 pounds of grapes, 3 bananas. Luckily, that's all I had in the house. About 9 serves of fruit. Not good.0

            Ate half a container of salsa/cream cheese dip on Saturday. With accompanying chips LOL. Mmmmm......delicious! And I was rewarded with a 4 lb. weight gain :-/ At least 2.5 of them are gone already.0

            I'm sitting here sipping my water thinking of eating something healthy for breakfast while reading all these posts and thinking hey I have a hershey's bar in my freezer just sitting there....no I'm not going to eat it. lol Nope I'm saving it for when I absolutely can't stand it anymore and really really need it.
