    I am sending my prayers your way. Eating Poorly today will do nothing but make you feel even worse in the end of the day. You have enough to work through you don't needed that added on. Please talk with God, HE CAN help carry you through. I try to pray each time I eat snack or meal asking him to help me not to overeate etc. I find that helps.
