Natural yogurt, ground flax, berries,
Or
Porridge with berries before a long run

Orchard muesli with coconut milk

Marmite/honey/peanut butter/ baked beans on rye toast

Height: 5' 3.5" (YES the half inch is important)
CW: 168.0 (probably not anymore...)

Why am I losing weight?
Because I was born fat, according to my family.
No, really, because I was unable to breathe just going up stairs and hills, and that's not the life a 20 (now 21) year old should be living. I had exceeded my usual skinny fat (135 with no toning) and just become plain fat. Yep. That's going to disappear now.0 -

51. Do you have a cheat day?
No, I try to be always under my calorie goal. If I want to eat a big bad meal, I just eat less on other meals that day and workout until I can fit that in. I also have a low goal (1 pound per week) so I have everyday about 1800 calories at hand so I can eat junk food in little portions rather often. Which I don't.
I have `cheat days` when I am off visiting my family, because it's nearly impossible to cope with logging family recipies which I don't cook. But this happens 3-4 times a year, for a few days. And I don't overeat simply because I can't log.0 -
52. What do you enjoy the most in your weight loss? What makes you happier than ever before?
I enjoy the fact that I don't get tired as easy as before. I hope to enjoy soon a more beautiful body (the first 21 lbs lost... well... I don't see that much of a loss in myself).

45. Do you have a rest day when you don’t work out? Which day is it?
I try to have one weekend day without too much or with no dancing. Sonetimes it doesn't work because I'm teaching or taking workshops. Then I can really feel my tired muses the next week, while teaching and I have to cut back on training or social dancing.
And I do 3x Kettlebell plus a rope jump and a push up Tabata. Plus usually 2 days "nothing".0 -
53. Try to eat nothing but raw food today. No cooking, no baking, no grilling. Eat raw carrots, canned tuna or smoked salmon, maybe even sushi! Just eat fresh, non-termal processed food. It might be weird and unnatural but that’s actually the healthiest way to eat. Enjoy your healthy day!
I kept to termal processed food at a minimal... but it's winter and cold outhere... gotta have my warm dinner.0 -

I changed my routine last week... And I'm gonna stick to that today. There's no time for trying out today. It's the last Thursday that will be as all my Thursday were for 8 years. And then it's gonna change anyhow ;-)0 -

Every day is a bit of a cheat day at the mo'. I am at maintenance so just living life normally and am going to work really hard to keep it off. Its been 4 months now. These past few days I have not been as healthy as i should so I need to work a bit harder again :noway:0 -

56. Have you ever been on a low-carb diet? How was it for you?
Well... I don't actually have been on a low-carb diet... but MFP made me realise how little carbs I have as intake. So in days I start to approach the carbs limit I feel more bloated.0 -
47. Have you forbidden yourself any type of food?
Forbidden?! No. Due to a heavy allergy, I was not allowed to eat wheat, spelt and soy in any form for 8 years. This means I was not able to eat bread and cookies, pasta and cakes (the easy ones), nor chocolate, nor anything with soy lecithine or traces of wheat in it. Nor could I eat from a piece of butter where others used to cut it with their knives, that touched the bread, nor could I kiss my husband after he ate one of the above mentioned things, without having an allergic reaction and taking antihistamin and cortison immediately.
I'm healed from that allergy for almost 2 years now. And no, I will never ever forbid myself to eat something I like again.
BUT, I know that due to my IR, I don't feel well when I eat sugar or too many carbs. So I keep them low. And I know what happens, when I eat them. But this will not kill me. So it's my decision!0 -

85.2 kg (187.8 lbs). Lost only 100 g (0.2 lbs). I would not consider this a loss. I had a bad week. Not calorie wise. Some things happen and I'm stuck here alone on the holidays... For the next week I'll just try to count my calories.0 -

This won't be hard. I don't like sweets and I don't use sugar. So... this is what a regular day is for me.0 -
61. Write your usual meal plan for one day.
My typical meal plan is 3 meals and 2 snacks. I try to have a more diverse menu, especially when I can. I may have smaller meals to over indulge with higher calories snacks. Weekend is usually very diverse, no plan involved.
But I'll give my `meal plan` on weekdays:
Breakfast: A greek yogurt at home (2% fat) with maybe a little cereal or dry fruits and some breakfast whole biscuits at work (250 calories at home, 250 calories at work)
Snack 1: Fruit (I try to eat fruits only in the first part of the day), most times an apple
Lunch: If I get lunch from home (usually when I don't take a lunch break that day) it's a sandwhich with grilled chiken, some cream cheese, salad, tomatoes, etc. If I take my lunch break I go with my co-workers at close caffeterias/restaurant, I will eat what I find... chicken breast grilled with salad, or vegetables dishes, rice... whatever I can find and it's lean.
Snack 2: Nuts, usually 25 g of almonds
Dinner: whatever I cook when I get home or I have from the weekend0 -

5'5'' 154lbs, goal weight 119lbs
I'm losing weight because it's been something that's played on my mind for years. I want a confidence boost and to be able to finally wear the clothes I love. I have university graduation in July, so lots of photos, and I want to be able to look back at them and be happy with my appearance!0 -
So, my brother got out of the hospital, he is ok, I left his girlfriend in charge, so I managed to get a couple of days to visit my mother and grandparents.
I was not on MFP, I did not log a thing, and I'll do some questions at once.
The `weight in` is tomorrow morning, and I hope that the holidays didn't get me above 85.5 kg.

I watch some food channels and TV-shows... rarely I watch movies.
63. What are your fitness goals? (Splits, hand-stands, push-ups…)
I wish to be able to go for days on mountain hikes, even start climbing... maybe even running (though I am a more `indoor` sport person).0 -

188 lbs, I gained a pound during the last 5 days of not eating right ang not logging, but I'm back on track today and hope that the 1 pound will drop as easy as water weight. So this week I'll be good and eat right.

I don't have a picture goal... I still don't know the structure under all that fat... I see very many neautiful bodies picture, but I don't want to have unreasonable goals for my body frame.
I would like to look like the girl in the middle.

Yes, I have short-term goals like losing more 5 lbs, doing 10 more minutes of a certain exercise, etc.0 -

I have had last weekend the non-Internet days... now it's a big no-no... gotta finish some school projects.0 -

69. Which part of your body do you like the most and why?
My feet. I have very nice feet, like small, nice toes... and also my ankles are very small, like there is no weight-extra up them.

When I started here I was obese, but since the beginning of November I am overweight.0 -

84.3 kg (186 lbs), meaning I have lost almost 2 lbs since last week. Well... this was most certainly so big because this was my recovery after holiday week. Work + school starts again this week so I hope I'll do good under stress... semester almost finishing... lots of things to do.0
