Gluten Free Girls (and Guys!)

Here's a nice list of gluten free snacks from the celiac society. It's nice cause if you can't have cake you can comfort yourself with ice cream or a snickers bar

The Betty Crocker gf cake mixes &etc I believe are endorsed /debuted at the Celiac meeting this year. I made the yellow cake and it rocked my gf world. (And it was good in my bf's non-gf world) So you can still have cake!

And I found some frozen gf, lactose free, casein free, etc brownies...they were good! They were in a brown and blue box.

Oooh cake and ice cream...so much for the healthy snack talk! hahaha

On a side note, I broke down and bought the Glutino pretzels. They taste like normal pretzels to me...if anyone has yet to try them, they have my stamp of approval!
