    Fudge and cut out cookies for everyone here--I don't know why I tempt myself and make goodie bags for our friends. If I was smart I would keep all sweets far away!! My weight was pretty stable this week. Not bad considering the lack of exercise!! I have tons of presents to wrap a house to clean and a doctor to go see. It is a good thing DD has school today and tomorrow so I can catch up! Happy preping, and no more tempting of our selves? :bigsmile:

    I totally understand! What I do is I make my neighbors something called Monkey Bread, it's made with wheat which I can't eat, so it takes away the temptation.


    As for me...I did veg yesterday...so much that I couldn't sleep last night! UGH...oh well! Today is a new day! My goa for this week is to not overindulger too much and drink plenty o' water!!!!!
