    this is great and im glad you posted this. Women always think if they lose weight theyll be fine and they shouldnt use weights bc it will bulk them up.

    i love free weights it makes me feel so much better and they def. work wonders.

    Awsome!!! this is very inspiring, I have a lot more to lose, but it is all the same no matter what size you start from. Great info you have shared and it was a confirmation to everything I have learned in the past, that i really works to cut back and just workout and weight train.

    I really like how you use photos to track your progress, a scale is not always the best way to measure success. I have learned a lot from reading your blog. I am going to use the same journaling method to help me keep myself on track. Your post are inspiring. Thank you!
