    I guess it's been around 6 months now. I did 5 months straight of P90X, and now I go to the gym 5 days a week.

    Didn't take a photo in Sept 2011 when I started, but it wouldn't have even been up to 2008 standard...now at 10-ish% body fat down from 25%. 6'4", 180lbs - dropped about 30lbs of fat in a year :smile:

    HOLY *kitten*! You all are so amazing and inspiring. I work in a Bariatric and Weight Loss Clinic and my fella's are just so special to me and one of the reasons is even before the weight loss most of them are just unbelievable men and so wonderful and love life and their personalities just don't seem to change. You all continue to inspire me to keep doing my best personally and professionally! Great thread and thanks for sharing! Keep up the great work!

    Plenty of body fat, couldn't do a pull-up at all, size 36-38 pants were required as well as large shirts.

    RECENT - 175lbs 1/23/2013

    Less body fat, I can do pull-ups galore among many other things.. I'm now contemplating trying size 30 pants if I can find any to accomodate my thighs, and I'll wear a medium shirt for modesty, small if I want to show off.
