How many days do you exercise?

Hey

Just wondering on average, how many days a week do you workout? I usually take 2 days off a week.

I usually exercise 4 or 5 days a week. This week I've had PT sessions Tues and Fri, been to the gym on Mon, and did aerobics on Saturday.

I do an active job - I work part time as a secondary school teacher - so I'm on my feet all day for that. Plus I have 2 small children so on my days off we always go for a walk/to the park/to gymnastics for the toddler session etc.

3 strength training sessions and 1 or 2 cardio sessions. Sometimes cardio work is HIIT, sometimes low intensity sometimes moderate intensity. Hitting the strength training is the priority though.

swimming two or three times a week. Dancing every Saturday. Walking on Sundays. Sporadic running. Getting more difficult to run with shorter days. Work is a real hinderence!!!

6 Days a week...3 days boxing, 1 day running/weights, 1 day zumba/weights, 1 day integrative yoga. This is a standard week- sometimes it gets a little switch up but this is the norm for me and I love it!

Generally 5-6 days a week. (includes treadmill/elliptical, classes; step class, yoga, crossfit, strength training and occasionally running at the track; HIIT). I try to have at a minimum 1-2 rest days weekly.

One every week or two weeks. I do high intensity. No reason to beat up my body doing it so often.

Six days a week. Spin 3 days, lift 2 days and bootcamp on Sat. I usually take Sunday off unless I missed a day and need to make it up.

I do weights two/ three times a week and cardio once or twice. I ride horses once a week and do a workout video once or twice a week. I make sure I have at least 2 days off.

I work exercise into every activity I do, just put a little extra effort into whatever you're doing and you keep your metabolism up and running all day :flowerforyou:

Pretty much every day. High intensity about 3 times a week, strength 3 times a week and low to mid intensity interspersed in there.

I exercise seven days a week for 60-90 minutes, and my one "rest" day somewhere in there is usually on a Sunday when I'll only exercise 50 minutes.
