How many days do you exercise?

7 days a week for at least an hour. Run every day, strength train at night. No rest days, I can't do a rest day or I feel like I've failed & will not take it up again. Been like that for 7 months. Works for me0

I work exercise into every activity I do, just put a little extra effort into whatever you're doing and you keep your metabolism up and running all day :flowerforyou:
That's like me. I don't do 'formal' workouts. I walk to work - 30 min round trip 5 days/week. On weekends I'm normally out doing something, hiking or walking or the like. I am considering adding a zumba class just for fun but haven't decided yet.0 -
I run 3 times a week. try for 20km a week and got to Zumba twice a month. would love to go more but my husband works shifts in work so i have my little girl to look after0

No less than three per week at the gym. I try to sneak in a forth if I can, but three minimum for an hour each day.
On off days, I still try to get in body resistance stuff like push-ups, sit-ups, etc.0 -
6 days a week.
Some days 3 hours some only 1, but average 12 hours a week0 -

I started waiting tables, so that's active even when i don't have a chance to actually go to the gym.
I do aim to be purposely active every day even if it's me just dancing around my room0 -
5 days, 4 strength training and 1 cardio, 30 minutes/session.0

About 12 times a week.0

If I said 6 days a week..I would be lying..it's almost always 7...no matter how hard I try...I can't sit still for a rest day...:blushing:
I only take a rest day if something really is preventing me from working out, and 2x/week I have 2 a days.
Lifting 3x/week, running 4x/week, and boxing, yoga, or plyometrics 2x/week.0 -
Cardio 6 days a week. Resistance 3 , I take Sundays off.0

I've just stepped up from two yoga classes per week and a swim in the sea once a week to include three body resistance and dumbell sessions per week (in my dungeon training cell - my garage), two abdominal workouts and my usual yoga and sea swimming. Sea swimming also includes a twenty minute barefoot run on the beach or sea front to warm up enough to enter the sea comfortably.
It's a new thing for me re-introducing body resistance and dumbell exercises to increase lean muscle mass and metabolism to burn fat more efficiently.
I also cycle to work on three days of the working week: 4miles total on two days and one 18 miles return trip, and try to get a 15mile cycle ride in at the weekend; weather permitting.
Oh - I rest on Sunday!0 -
7 days cardio 4 day strength training but my eating suck's!!0

Depends how you count exercise. I walk 3 mile 5 times a week but I don't count those as exercise days. My only 'real' exercise is the climbing I do once a week and the sporadic (I know I need to not be sporadic, I know) weight training I do a couple of times a week.0

7days.... My Nike Fuelband keeps me true to staying active each day :laugh:0

I do about 6 days:
Tae Kwon Do = 2 days @ 2.5 hours
Running = 1 day @ 45 minutes
Cycling = 2 days @ 40 minutes
Strength training = 1 day @ 30 minutes
Total for the week is roughly 4 and a half hours
I always have Fridays off because that is the day I normally hang out with mine and my sister's family hang out and we eat what we want.0 -

I tend to do this with my cycling0 -
3-6 days a week just depending on what I have going on. Sometimes it is split up to-I may do a workout dvd in the morning and then go for a run in the evening. Sometimes I have a non stop day and just don't get anything in.0

I work out 5 or 6 days a week...I put in miles running/walking 4 times a week, strength training 2 X, circuit training 2 X, stationary bike 2X and have recently added 30DS 2 or 3 X a week.0

No less than 5 days week. Cardio 3-4 times a week for 35 mins, aerobics dance class once week for an hour, strength training and weights 2-3 times week for 15-20 mins. If I deviate from this, I tend to lose focus.0

My set pattern is basically this, AM's Mon-Fri do 20-30 minutes of treadmill, Mon and Wed aerobics class at the YMCA, Tues and Thursday 45 minutes on the treadmill and Friday either go dancing, do Wii Zumba at home or a video at home.
I have a sedentary lifestyle from my job, and a very active/crazy family. Always something going on weekends that involve family or my five dogs.
Don't narrow your mind into days though, I have done that before. I get a kick out of my exercise (literally) and it keeps me buzzed, but before it simply burned me out when the laziness overtook the desire to feel better.0 -
I aim for 6 times a week, no less than 5 though.0
-
At least 3 times a week and between I do a lot strength training. I'm trying to find a good yoga teacher in Roswell and Alpharetta area. I took a yoga during BGR Drive to End Hunger Conference and Michelle was just awesome. I was able to follow her instruction it just felt good.0

4-5 days unless you want to count my walking to the train station a mile then to work half a mile. Then it everyday.0
-
4-6. When I first started it was 6 religiously. Now, I have slacked off. I try to go at least 4 times a week. It is hard for me to go on days that I'm not working...but I do it (sometimes). Occasionally I will go twice a day too. Just depends on my schedule for the day.0
