    So ladies I was thinking we should put our squats in our signature so every time we post everyone can see were you are in the challenge

    For example in your signature you can write

    30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE

    start date ___
    Day1 -10 squats
    Day2 2-15 squats

    So on and so on....

    Remember the challenge is to start off with 10 squats and add 5 squats each additional day.
    I know some of you have started doing more then 10 and that's okay as well...

    I did 40 last Monday and thought I may die haha. My legs didn't stop hurting until Friday :P

    I am definitely in. I have a bad knee so I'm starting with 10 and hoping for the best. I'm definitely going to try :-) I need to strengthen these legs of mine!
