    For the record, condensed mushroom soup is awesome. You can do everything with it and it's the yummiest.

    Gross. (But at least you can record the mushrooms as water.)

    Add a cup or two of water. But keep in mind there may be salt. That extra water helps keep you full, but I wouldn't count this as my main source of water. However if this a positive way to encourage you to be more mindful of your water intake then I say go for it. I make a huge coffee pot of green tea to sit and drink all day. Which I do drink mindlessly while working. At the end of the day sometimes I've consumed 10 cups of tea. (this is a little extreme, but it could be a good tip for some people.) Its cheap and I notice the next day I always feel refreshed.
