    Welcome! There there a "Strength training" exercise in the cardio database here that you can use to get a general idea of calories burned during your weight workouts.

    I am in! I was doing these challenges a few months back but got really busy and the excuses were coming to easily. I am going to aim for 3500 burned. Today will be 0 burned though as it is my birthday and my boyfriend is planning an evening out for the two of us :heart: .
