I'm curious to all ages as to what the best concert is that you have been to and why?? Mine was the Scorpions because it rocked hard and my second was Reba McEntire because I was front and center and she was awesome!

  • I went to a radio station promo concert back in Michigan in 1993 that had Green Day, Bush, PJ Harvey, Nirvana and Offspring. That cannot be beat.

Pink Floyd at the Superdome in New Orleans in early 90's. Was blown away.
  • Aw shoot, I forgot about this years RockFest in KC, MO. Volbeat was the best of them all. Shinedown headlined, and they were awesome, but Volbeat just ... wow.

Prodigy at Wembley, supported by Dizzee Rascal.

Prodigy smacked it. I danced like a loon.

Dizzee was bang on form that night too. I hadn't been a fan of his before then, but developed a whole new appreciation for his music after that.

Fitz and the Tantrums, last summer in Pittsburgh. I can't remember the last time I saw musicians who were as serious about their work and had as much fun with it at the same time as them.
  • Love Flogging Molly and PJ Harvey! I'm so jealous!

I've see Tori Amos 7 times, she's always great.
KMFDM always puts on a kick *kitten* show
We just saw the Nekromantix about a month ago and that show KICKED *kitten*!!!!
The Horrorpops were amazing (I totally have a girl crush on Patricia)

Going to Florence and the Machine on Oct 7th. I cannot wait for that show!!!!!

(Surprisingly, my lease favorite concert was Primus/Fishbone a few months ago. Fishbone just seemed so aged.. and Primus turned EVERY song into like a 15 minute jam session... my add kept kicking in... LOL)

Edited to add in A Perfect Circle/Tool.. Those guys dont just rock you, they put on a SHOW!!!!!
  • I would have to say KISS. I've seen them 4 times... With make up, No make up. With all original members and then with Eric Singer and my favorite Eric Carr!!!! Great every single time..

Second best would be Tesla.. They are incredible in concert.

    Bon Jovi 2011 :)
Sore feet included but it was an amazing concert.
They even played 2 extra unscheduled sets for us because ya know, us Scottish folk are just amazing!

Was funny to see them all gathered in a circle, nodding to each other, then starting to play and the lighting guys just not knowing what the F**k they were doing! haha!
