Agreed... Squats and lunges. I also have a crap butt. Lol. I also incorporate up and downs... Denise Austin style and also kick backs. That's what I call them.
Up and Downs: lie flat on your back, knees bent, palms face up by your side, lift your pelvis towards the ceiling, pause. Repeat.
Kick Backs: get on all fours (hands and knees), chin up, kick back your right leg as high as you can and then bring your lee to your chest. Do this 20 times without letting your knee tough the ground. Switch legs and repeat.
All four of these have helped my butt. Skating also helps a lot.0 -
Sorry about the spelling errors. Typing this from my phone.0

Squats, reverse lunges, single leg Romanian deadlifts0

Best to do a full body weight lifting routine that incorporates some variant of barbell suats and deadlifts, and then you can add these in at the end of workouts http://www.myomytv.com/the-glute-journey-glute-bridge-to-hip-thrust/0

Haha yeah true!!!
I'm absolutely rubbish at squats
Can't do them to save my life and I look absolutely ridiculous doing them!!
I will give everything else a go,
How quick should I see results??
I want to do weights but I really have no idea where to start,
What exercises to do for certain muscles, etc0 -
squats really are the best thing you can do..... practice body weight first and after your form is good add weight. Look up form on youtube.0

I share having no butt and being bad at squats with you... I think those of us not endowed with a butt are naturally bad at squats... LOL. I find Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and thighs- esp level 2- to work my butt pretty hard... it always gets sore, but never gets bigger or rounder. LOL I did have a friend over the summer tell me my butt was "less sad" though....0

try biking too. Noticed a big change in my butt from that.0

Your friends are so kind. Do they let you pick the knife before they stab you in the heart with it?0

you can also try doing cardio on the stair stepper machine at a gym or just walk stairs or bleachers at a local stadium.0

Agreed with squats, deads, and lunges.
For some fun, try the Bulgarian split squats:

ok, I have no idea what a crap butt is. I mean, I gather that it means you have a flat or flabby butt, or no butt, but why call it crap butt?0
-
no one looks graceful doing squats. but they're excellent for the *kitten*.0

Well considering what comes from it...lol0 -
Squats, dead lifts, lunges; should help round up what you have. But, I wouldn't let anyone tell ya there's something wrong with any part of your figure. Work with what you have!
Edited: When doing Squats make sure to keep your shoulders and head lifted and stick you butt out behind you like your sitting in a chair keeping your back nice and straight.
For dead lifts; knees should not be bent and once again you should be sticking your butt OUT behind you as you drop your upper body forward keeping your back straight.0
