    didn't get to post yesterday, but i started day 1 with 20, day 2 - 25, today I made 30. I did two sets of 15 with 30sec break between the sets

    Is this all in one sitting? 150 pushups? can the last day be broken up into 20 pushups every 3 hours?

    Man Wish I would have seen this earlier... I set a goal of 3000 for the month of October. I started Oct 1st. I'm currently
    at 2900 and I will hit goal tomorrow. Last 100 on my B-Day. I'm gone keep push to finish the month out and see what the
    next goal should be.
