sadly, we're expecting snow today, so my ~25km per day is going to be cut majorly in the next couple months.

I have been out for awhile, but started up again last month
This month I am aiming for 200 k.m. pedaling or on foot0 -
One hour on the Mountain Bike yesterday.
70 minutes on the Road Bike today. Will try to get a Mountain Bike ride in tonight again.0 -
Oct 1 = 10min on stationary bike. that is awesome for me. Coming out of knee issues.

trying to beat last month's 50Km0 -
I got in around 10 miles today, lugging 100 lbs in the kid trailer. The trailer got a flat and I had to have my husband come and pick up the kiddos. Wow, nothing says freedom quite like loosing the bike trailer and riding the last 3 miles ALONE!
Kudos to you, I tow my 50 lb preschooler and call it hill training! I bet those last 3 miles felt speedy!
Once I went without the trailer, I wanted to go all the time without the trailer!0 -
