    Monday: 702 cals burned: 45 mins high intensity aerobics and 60 mins walking
    Tuesday: 596 cals burned: 35 mins high intensity aerobics and 60 mins walking
    Wednesday: 151 cals burned: 40 mins walking
    Thursday: 608 cals burned: 45 mins high intensity aerobics and 35 mins walking
    Friday: 189 cals burned: 50 mins walking
    Sat: 657 cals burned 45 mins aerobics and 30 mins walking
    Sun: unfortunately I was sick and not able to work out :(



    Total for week: 2903

    Missed goal by 597 this week, but it was because I was ill on Sunday and unable to work out. But...glad that I was able to do what I could during the week. :)

    Mon. 510-running, walking, 10 minute stretching, and 24 minute weight lifting
    Tues.570-running, walking, 10 min stretching, and 25 minute Jillian Michael 30DS
    Wed.444-running, walking, 10 minute stretching, and 24 minute weight lifting
    Thurs.723-running walking, 10 min stretching, and 35 minute -30DS & addtional Jillian Michael Cardio
    Friday. no exercise-Doctor's orders
    Sat. 571-running walking, 10 min stretching, and 25 min-30DS
    Sunday.690-running(extra long run-40 minutes), walking, 10 minute Hatha stretching

    Week-3508, just barely making the 3500 calorie burn challenge.

    This week I had to push, and sweat alot to keep this challenge. This was the first time doing Jillian Michael 30DS and extra cardio with her. I opened a folder in my hotmail, and then copied and pasted her workouts from Youtube, sending then to myself. Now I only have to open my exercise folder to open and workout with Jillian. Her workouts "Kick-Butt", for real!
    I will be aiming for 3500 Calories burned every week.
