    Back on pace for mileage, but I might have to take a couple days off. Think I have some kind of overuse injury in my left calf muscle. It's fine when I'm warmed up and walking, but after I teak a break from my workout, within fifteen minutes I can barely walk on it until I get it warmed up again.

    Back on pace for mileage, but I might have to take a couple days off. Think I have some kind of overuse injury in my left calf muscle.     Had to stay off my calf muscle for a few days which was disappointing. It's still not 100%, but its much better than it was. Gonna keep the walks relatively short for the next week.
