Still a little too soon for me to do much jogging. I incorporated a bit into my walks on the 29th and 30th, and today my knees were killing me. I'll try again periodically, but it probably won't be two days in a row for a while.
I missed all my goals this month, which is disappointing. But I purposely made them pretty ambitious. Unfortunately, meeting them was derailed by some injuries and motivation issues.
