    Well,

    1/13 - Completed the water challenge
    Did 2 mile dvd = 30 mins
    1/2 hour mixed jog/walk around the living room with weights

    ok sorry I miss logging in on Tue.. to weigh-in,,, Lifes been crazy here..... but I did weight and it hasn't channged sence last week :(
    got to get back on track,,, exspecally the eating part....its hard to count when on the run...I can do this though...

    Hey Gang,
    1/13 - 11,945 steps yesterday 4 miles of those where w/ Leslie Sansone WATP ( just love that dvd! - gives options to walk 1,2,3 or 4 miles at a brisk pace w/ standing core and cross training variations to confuse your muscles. Great when weather, schedule and time don't allow you to go outside or to the gym)
    Fell short on the water challenge, only 25.9 oz :ohwell: I did have 2 mugs of coffee but that doesn't count, lol!!

    Plan on a 2 miler tonight plus a pilates dvd.

    At least i didn't gain
    Today was weigh in and weighed 190.5. I went down half a pound. Last week i went down 3 pounds. I was really hoping that i would get out out of the 190s this week but i will admit that I cheated this weekend. So i'm starting over with getting back on track with my diet and i am going to try to drink more water. Who knows, maybe next week i will have a good weigh in. Either way, i am not giving up.

    In response to a question about how I got the percentages I wanted to provide this:

    Here’s how I came up with the percentage. (used a random weight)

    300 minus 297 = 3 lbs lost
    3 divided by 300 =.01
    .01 x 100 = 1%

    I cant believe we lost over a hundred pounds as a group thats incredible. Keep up the good work everyone.

    Hey Everybody,
    I had to work late last night so didn't get home until 8:10 - in other words no work out for me:grumble: !! Today started out rough too! I packed my lunch ... then left it at home!!!! I had a Met Rx bar (really filling!) that I got from a co worker but haven't eaten anything else. Might do some snack ff popcorn to tide me over until I get home. Not really keen about going "out" for lunch - just a bunch of crap at the nearest fast food joints. It's crazy... I used to live on (and for,LOL) that stuff. Now it's just not my deal. We've got a choice:drinker:
    I did something different during lunch that was pretty cool - I walked for 40 minutes which equaled 3 miles!! Yea me!! I am going to do a 20 minute pilates dvd when I get home and just chill w/ DH and watch a movie... unless he has to work.

    Just want to give CC her props for coordinating all of us and helping us band together on this journey. So much fun (and motivating) doing this with all of you. Love to hear about how you all are doing :happy: !
