Hi having half roast lamb tonight in slow cooker. Just added the lamb and nothing else as I do my vegies in the actifry (no oil).

How do I log the cooked roast lamb in grams?

    Cheers, can't wait for dinner.

    “The Boss” Pulled Pork

    • 3-4 lb bone-in Boston butt
    • ½ large Onion sliced

    Butt Rub
    • ¼ cup yellow mustard
    • 4 tsp smoked Paprika
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 tsp onion powder
    • 2 tsp cumin
    • 2 tsp dry mustard
    • 2 tsp chili powder
    • 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
    • 1 ½ tsp fresh ground pepper

    Pot Stock
    • ¼ cup Captain Morgan spiced rum
    • ¼ cup yellow mustard
    • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
    • ¼ cup Frank’s Original Red Hot
    • 1 lime – juice only

    Directions:
Coat the butt with mustard then evenly distribute the mixed spices by rubbing evenly onto the butt. Place half the onions in the bottom of a crock pot and cover with Pot Stock. Place rubbed butt (fat side up) into crock pot and cover with remaining onions. Set on low and cook 8 to 10 hours or 190 deg. F, internally, turning butt over halfway through cooking.
When done place pork in a shallow pan cover with foil allow to cool. Strain liquid Pot Stock into a small pot and reduce. Separate as much fat from the stock while reducing or when reduced, refrigerate overnight and remove solid fat layer for a nice sauce. Pull pork using two forks and remove any large pieces of fat. Coat with sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
