Hot sauce chicken.
Got this one somewhere on this site, but it is so delicious that it bears repeating over and over and over again!
3 to 4 4oz boneless skinless chicken
1 cup hotsauce
1 pkt dry ranch dressing mix.

Add all to crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6. I prefer low just because it tastes better somehow to me. Remove chicken and shred add back to pot. SO yummy in a 100 cal pita pocket with a diced mozzarella cheese stick mixed in or on a piece of lightly toasted bread.0 -

Beef Ribs
6 oz boneless beef ribs. (I use beef rib tips)
1 cup beef broth
4 Tablespoon your choice of bbq sauce
3 cloves garlic, finely minced.

Add all to crockpot on low for 7 hours. It helps with the rib cravings that I get. Serves 4-5.
Edit to say that you could use pork if you so desire...but I don't because I can't stand pork unless it is practically burned bacon.0 -

8 boneless Pork Chops at least 1/2 in. thick
1 packet Hidden Valley Seasoning Packet
1 or 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup - if you use 1 can, then add 1 can of water
Mix all ingredients together in crock pot, cook on Low for about 6 hours.
Makes the most delicious, tender pork chops ever.... with a great gravy.
This sounds so good! I'm going to try this soon!0 -

Slow Cooker Salmon
24 oz. bag baby spinach leaves
1-2 lbs salmon filets
1 lemon, sliced
Dill to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup chicken broth.
Fill slow cooker with spinach leaves. Top with salmon filets and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill to taste. Top with lemon slices and pour chicken broth over the top. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Salmon should flake and be fully cooked.
I've never tried salmon or any fish in the crockpot. Thanks for posting!0 -

Chicken Fajitas.
4 4oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 sliced bell pepper
1\2 sliced red onion
2 cloves garlic, well chopped
1\2 pkt taco seasoning
2 cups water
^^^The above recipe, but instead of the water, dump in a whole jar of salsa. When everything's cooked, mix in 6 oz. softened fat free cream cheese. Comes out like chicken enchiladas without the fattening qualities. Really yummy over rice0
