Instead of the sour cream, try a better Greek yogurt. "Greek gods" is a brand here in Texas and I'm particularly fond of the taste. It's very similar to sour cream and less than most of the "low fat" sour creams at the market.

I was just talking to a few coworkers about finding good Crock Pot recipes! This is awesome. I have a lot of activities in the evenings after work so it's great for me to be able to throw something in the Crock in the morning so that it's done when we all get home.

mmmm:tongue: I'm making a veg curry tonight in my crock. Lovely butternut and aubergine  prob not the healthiest all round but I will just remember portion control which is where my main prob lies tbh.

    Pesto Ranch Chicken Thighs

    12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1 jar pesto sauce
    1 envelope ranch dressing

Cook on low 6-8 hours. UH-MAY-ZING.

Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta. My kids LOVE this!
