There IS intelligent life in 'The Community" after all.

I have seen so much rubbish about "you must eat the right sort of calorie" - a calorie is just a measure of how good something tastes (and something to do with heating water).

MFP takes the hard work out recording a food diary and all that looking up in a book - but there is no magic wand - nor magic breakfast drink, no matter what the banner adverts (that presumably pay for the site) tell us..
