    Any words of wisdom for those still on the journey? I love hearing what changes people have made in their lives that have been a significant impact to their weight loss.

    the first few months are hard but stick it out and stay with it. then it become a different way of life! i also do low carb and high protein and i try to stay away from gluten as much as i can obviously:)

    You look wonderful and I agree with you 100% about the skin situation. I'm about half way to my goal and the loose skin is pretty bad and is only going to get worse, I know. I've decided I'm going to fix it, probably about 6 months after I reach my goal. With the technology out there, why not?

    i am low carb and high protein. i also stay away from gluten 95% of the time:)

    You look fantastic, I bet it feels great to tuck your jeans into your boots doesnt it? I cant wait until I can actually get my calf to fit comfortably in tall boots!

    yes i never thought i would get my calves into high boots:) i love it! winter is coming and having tall boots in the snow is idea!

    hahaha if anyone were to photobomb me it would be the dog, seriously does it all the time. almost all my photos she sneeks into... i think she is just so photogenic
