My advice is consistency and to not deprive yourself. Set a goal of how many time per week your going to work out and stick to it, no excuses. If you mess up move on and keep going. Have fun with it, and before you know it the weight will melt off.0

cut out all carbs, tons of water, no soda or anything else...protein and veggies, fruits for treat...water water water, and walking, you will drop weight like crazy.

I am 5'5 1/2" My start weight is 161.2lbs I am 25yrs old I was 220 when I originally started at the age of 15 back in Dec 2004 and dropped from 220 to 105lbs I thought it was too low for my height. So I felt most comfortable at 130lbs I am a little skeptical about this diary but counting calories does work! and it makes eating out a whole less stress free!
I have many intolerances such as lactose, gluten, dairy, soy, whey, corn, wheat you name it I got nailed with them all!
I just completed my diary entry for tonight and it told me I could be at 143.4lbs in 5 weeks!! I'm really excited for that If it does work
I would not consider myself big or fat I have a lot of muscle mass but I still have about 10" to go on my stomach so hopefully this is accurate and hopefully in 5 weeks I will put a before and progress photo!
P.S I agree 1200 cal is too less for a very active woman I would say around 1800 is accurate just burn them off more in cardio
the most I burned today was 1,484 cal good luck ladies!!
