    I am lowering my goal down to 300 minutes I have a job interview tomorrow during Aquafit and a convention on Friday and Saturday. Not that I don't intend to exercise but just not a good week to up my goal even though I did more than 360 last week.

    Week # 1 -- October 29th -- 375 minutes, Goal 300 minutes: Made it.
    Week # 2 -- November 5th -- Goal 300 minutes

    Mon: 60 minutes of Aquafit
    Tue: 65 minutes walking, C25K running intervals and stretching
    Wed: hurt my knee
    Thur: 60 minutes of Aquafit
    Fri: convention and knee pain
    Sat: convention
    Sun: 60 minute walk with husband and knee seems better

    Since I didn't make my goal last week and I am starting a new job (just seasonal) this week I will try the same goal again. Hope to get some running in now that my knee feels better (C25K Week 5).

    Week #1 - I had several busy days and was not able to fit in exercise; therefore I did not meet my goal. short 20 min

    Tue: 25 min jogging = 25 min
    Wed: 25 min Ripped = 25 min
    Thur: 35 min walking/ jogging/ running = 35 min
    Fri: shopping (opening day of Costco)
    Sat: 3 hours at the zoo, not sure how to log that one

    I did a lot of walking Friday and Saturday. So even though my counter does not say I hit my goal, I still feel as if I did.
