    'm back again! Month six and I'm still working on 3.8 pounds from August!! So, it's 3.8 pounds in five weeks.
    400 mins a week plus at least 10,000 steps a day. Five weeks...3.8 pounds...300,000 total steps...what fun!

    Week #1 -- Oct 29 - Nov 4 - 343 total mins, total steps 74,164, total miles 33.28
    Week #2 -- Nov 5 - 11 - 330 total mins, total steps 83,148, total miles 36.87
    Week #3 -- Nov 12-18 - 345 mins, steps 65,985, miles 29.70...left undone: 55 mins/4,015 steps...oh my!!!
    Week #4 -- Nov 19 - 25 - 515 mins, steps 86,644, miles 37.18 !!! much better
    Week #5 -- Nov 26 - Dec 2

    Mon: rest day; sick again! laryngitis...ugh! total steps 3,660, total miles 1.6

    Whenever we make it to PART 2 that means we had an AWESOME month and a lot of MOVING!! So be proud of yourselves!! You MOVED in November!!! Cappri has jump off December for us! Lets end the year strong!! Make realistic goals. For the month of December a maintian is very good and we can do this my MOVING most days of the month.

    1st Thanks Mollie this was just what I needed when I needed it. I definitely understand about balancing your time and especially on MFP.

    2nd Thanks Cappri, I will definitely be watching out and continuing.

    I have been having some employment problems and lately picked up some seasonal part-time work so have to find my last post and catch up.

    Mon: 60 minutes of Aquafit 40 minute walk
    Tue: 60 minutes walk with some running intervals
    Wed: 60 minutes of Aquafit
    Thur: worked an active new job no formal exercise besides walks to, between and from the bus
    Fri: 120 minutes (Worked 2 active jobs with a bunch of walking to and from buses and jobs. 17000 steps which works out to 6.5 miles slow walking which is about 3 hours of walking and I am only showing 2 of them here. I estimated about 850 calories not mentioning standing).
    Sat: probably won't exercise today but will be wearing a pedometer to see how many steps I take at my 2 jobs today.
