    Of course, we must also include that we're all grumpy because we're all hungry.

    I don't see that much meaness on this site, but when I do, I think 'consider the source'. I feel bad that they feel the need to be mean to strangers and must only be doing this because of bad feelings they have about themselves. But good for you for calling them out a bit.
