    On the right track now on losing weight I now
    Have loss 8.6 . Keeping track of my food
    And being honest to myself has help me alot.
    The support I get from my niece and my sister
    Have also help me stay focus. Nothing Taste As
    Good As Skinny Feels. Hope to have 20 more off
    By Christmas.

    Hi...is this still open? can I join in too? I just started level one today. I am from Australia and have gained weight over our winter, now spring is here and I am finding myself back at MFP for motivation and help. My plan is to do 30DS 5 days a week - rest on weekends. This routine worked for me last year, soooooooo hoping it works for me this year....
