    Eating 5 to 6 small meals took up way too much time and effort. I eat 3 now.

    AGREED! I do the same. I felt like I was obsessing about food and not really getting full on 6 smaller meals. Back to 3 full meals and sometimes just 2 meals and a snack. Doing/feeling much beter!

    I like just having my coffee in the morning and saving my calories for later in the day. It makes me very happy to eat MORE in a sitting.

    I prob start eating anywhere between 11am and 1pm depending when I am hungry. Sometimes I may eat 2 or 3 big meals...and sometimes one big, oh yeahhhhhh, and then whatever snacks i want,

    I eat constantly. I try not to think about it in terms of meals. I keep healthy foods around me all day. So when I want a little something I have a handful of soybeans or if I want something bigger I will have string cheese and grapes.

    When i was really trying to lose weight; a pint of warn water with lime juice & touch cider vinegar on rising, I had a good breakfast before heading to work, snack at 10am, (orange or half red grapefruit), lunch (1/3 of last nights tea) snack at 2.30pm, (handful of nuts or similar), low fat tea & steamed greens. (saving a third for next day's lunch) probiotic low sugar yoghurt half an hour before bed.

    I only eat about 3 times a day during the week. I eat for break fast, lunch, and dinner. Occasionally I'll have a snack in between.

    1.) Protein shake post workout
    2.) Breakfast
    3.) Lunch
    4.) Snack 1
    5.) Snack 2
    6.) Dinner
    7.) Evening protein shake, and another snack if I need more calories to meet my goal.

    I find I feel stuffed if I try to eat all my calories in just 3 meals. I also don't want to get back into the habit of eating huge meals. That is what got me into trouble in the first place!

    I have my coffee and a water in the morning when I wake up, I count that as a 'meal' because I am not hungry after.
    Then At about 9 Sometimes I have a bagel, Or a hashbrown, Lunch, I have 'salad' and then When I get home I have tea, and another coffee, sometimes I have soup. So I 'eat' about 4 times a day.

    According to my husband I'm always eating. In reality, usually six or so times per day (7 AM, 10 AM, noon, 3 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM). I don't like the overstuffed feeling if I eat too much at once, and I get hangry if I don't eat something every few hours. Intermittent fasting just doesn't work for me, despite the purported benefits.

    I usually eat 5 to 6 times a day: breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and evening snack (depending on if I still have calories left).
