WOW!!! You did a wonderful job :) Congratulations on the hard work you put in. I am 5' 5" and my goal is 140 so I am super inspired by you. Thanks for posting your amazing results.

My goal is also 140! I'm sure after I get there, I will want 130. Never ends, does it? haha!

Thanks again, guys, for all of your supportive comments.

You look great! Congrats for the success and all your hard work. Can I ask about your caloric intake?

You look great! Congrats for the success and all your hard work. Can I ask about your caloric intake?

    Sure!

I consume about 1300 - 1500 calories a day. I exercise about three times a week, and though I may get closer to 1500 calories on those days, I do not "eat my calories back." I just hit the higher range of my calorie goal. I keep my MFP caloric goal to 1300 and let myself go over a bit. If I am extra hungry after a workout, I do not deprive myself of food (again, as long as it is within that range). I know when I've worked out enough to allot for extra intakes. :)

    Hope that helps!

Thank you guys for all of your kind words!
