P90X vs. Weight Training

This is my opinion (for someone who also doesn't quiet know what to do with strength training) p90x is a great program for learning to eat right, and doing tough workouts everyday. but the program is 90 days, so you can either A) do it again or take the moves that you've learned and apply them at the gym. that's what i did because to be honest I didn't know anything with weights except bicep curls before p90x lol! so now i do those exercises at the gym because I don't like repeating p90x videos. BUT p90x is a great workout; i didn't completely finish it (i got into the third term) but I lost like 12 pounds in the 2 months and gained a lot of muscle. hope that helps!0
