    68. We live on the second floor of a two story apartment. We actually run the AC most of the Winter. We keep it at 74 in the summer. Our downstairs neighbors are from Nigeria. They hate cold. We can tell!!!!!!

Around 70-ish. Our thermostat is old and not reliable... and with baseboard heaters... well... Actual temp varies greatly.

62-65 which means I freeze but I hate paying the gas bill. :)
So lots of warm fuzzy slippers and sweaters.

  • Our house is over 100 years old, so it has bad insulation. So we have to keep the heat a little high. Its usually on 70

62 during the weekday when at work, 70 during the evening and weekends when home and 65 at night when sleeping
This is pretty close to what I do. There's no way I'd make it if it were set to 61 all the time. But apartments are different than houses... you get everyone else's heat too.

i dont like to use heat at all, everyone has to wear a sweater if they're cold. i do however use the ac ( i get really hot) so i set the ac to come on only if its over 74 in the house.

my husband gets cold before i do, so sometimes he sneaks the heater on for a little bit. but never heating past 68 deg. seriously, wear warmer clothes. we have pretty mild weather so i jsut dont see the need for the heat.

I keep mine at 74 - and it's affordable even though my house is nearly 100 years old, since we put in a new energy-efficient furnace.

My bf likes it at 68 when we're home, 65 at night for sleeping and 60 when we're out.

I am always cold, so I am constantly in hoodies and slippers and use a blanket on the couch and at my computer and turn it up to 70 and use a space heater when that isn't enough for me.

SAME. I'd turn it up higher if I could afford it. My sisters think it's because I'm a reptile...
