I have to say thanks to all of you for keeping me motivated right now. I seem to be experiencing extended PMS - tired, grouchy, and seriously cramping. Took yesterday as a rest day because I just didn't have it in me. Wasn't really feeling up for hills and legs today, but I was so inspired by everyone else's burn that I made myself go anyways.0 -

I have no really great answer Angel.:( I usually swim laps easy. I use 400 calories per hour then (@ easy-moderate). 500 if i'm really working it. I'm just mimicking the burn i get for that effort elsewhere though.0 -
