12/10 - 158 - freezing rain and the gym is too far to go after work so was forced to use the ancient treadmill left over from the old owners - not data so I estimated moderate pace walking (there is an incline) for 30 minutes followed by 10 minutes of Lab assisted abs/planks. By that I mean nudging, licking and other such distractions to make the workout more difficult than it already is. Then he lays on my mat.0

Great work everyone! Semi-unplanned rest day for me. My partner is in the hospital. Had a scheduled surgery today, and another on Thursday. Was intending to do a late night workout when I got home, but just couldn't get to the gym in time. I'm going to try really hard to keep up with everyone this week, but with work and driving back and forth to Boston, it's going to be tough. So, I apologize in advance if my numbers are a bit low this week.0

12/14 - 50 minutes strength training. 40 minutes of speed work - 1 mile warmup, 2 miles 1/4 mile repeats, 1 mile cool down. At first I thought I was doing terrible because I couldn't even get close to my goal pace. Then I realized that my math sucks and I was trying to run a 4 minute mile. Lol.
ETA - oops forgot calorie total, sort of the whole point. My brain is simply not functioning today. 682.0 -
