    I will start with this week dec 29- jan

    sat 30 eliptical, 30 min hip hop abs.75 crunches.

    sun REST

    mon 30 min elliptical 30 min stationary bike. 30 squats with 60 lb weight, 75 crunches
    butterfly,leg curls, chest fly 3 sets 12. 60 lb weight.

    tue 30 min ab sculpt, 30 min eliptical.
