Walked 10K this morning in 1hr 45 minutes.
I was planning a hike up Mt Parnitha nearby. Drove to the start of the trail but as it snowed last night, the north wind was blowing at 80 kph (50 mph) and the temperatures were below freezing, I chickened out and walked a friendlier route close to where I live instead. I guess this doesn't sound like the sunny Greece you know of, but the truth is that we do get a few very cold days every year.
