3,500+ Calories Burned Challenge: Mon, 12/10- Sun, 12/16

Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge. This weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now and it's open to everyone! So nice to see so many new faces these last few weeks - hope it continues; people are setting higher goals and getting more calories burned!

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    Mon: 1868 KCals by Cardio Exercises (40 mins on Elliptical Trainer-16th highest level, 30 mins walk on Treadmill-16 deg high inclined @ 6.5Kmph, 32.5 mins on Stationary Cycle-20th high level resistance, 40 mins walk @ 3.5Kmph) ..............

    Ok Im determined this week to reach this goal. Had a crappy week last week, but back on it this week.
    I will aim for 3500. Would like to aim higher but working lot this week!

    Hey everyone! First timer this week! =) Very excited!!! I usually do around 3,000 cals/week so, I'll try upping it to 3,500 for this challenge & see how it goes!

    I'm definitely in on this challenge ... I did the Move it 180-380+ Challenge last week Dec 3-9
    I surpassed my goal of 4000 Calories Burned so I'm upping it to -6500 Calories to burn- this week

    This is an ideal challenge .... Let's do it!
