    Wed: 150 plus (walking) *Today wuz a ruff day 4 me. I hav 4 bulging discs N my lower back that R flared up. :cry: Had 2 take it slow and E-Z. I jus hope I'm not feelin as bad 2moro. Regardless, I shall press on. :heart:

    Yur exercises R similar 2 my workouts. I do aerobix and zumba.... AND wish my back permitted kickboxing! Calisthenix iz a bit less enjoyable 4 me, but I still do it at least twice per week. Seeing sum1 soin tha same kinds of exercising gives me confirmation dat I'm doin gud. ;)
