    Sometimes you just have to take it step by step.. I couldn't drink coffee without sugar either, then I decided to only drink with Stevia. For some reason it's easier to adjust to drinking no sugar from there.

    1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (15 calories) - heated
    then add coffee...yum, perfect vanilla latte

    Me too! Find some coffee that isn't bitter or burnt and you'll learn to appreciate black coffee.

    With two tablespoons of 18% cream, no sugar. Found sugar was relatively easy to cut out... Cream? No way! Plus, with my extra small coffee in the morning, it's 70 calories. Probably my favourite 70 calories of the whole day :).

    I add in 1.5% milk into my coffees. I used to add sugar but have trained myself out of that habit.

    I'm a coffee freak and snob...I love a quality cup of coffee. I take mine either black or just a splash of 2% milk (usually a Tbsp). I log it which ever way I have it.
