How do you take your coffee?

2-3 cups in the morning hours from an 8oz mug. I know its overkill, but I use a 1/2 tbs measuring spoon to pour my sweetened creamer. Use a small mug or cup, and drink it slow. If you buy it from a shop or gas station, use the smallest cup available. In conjunction with some type of fiber rich breakfast, it’s a really good appetite suppressor for me.0

coffee has never affected my weight loss as long as you're not loading it up with sugars and creamers.
I like mine with 2 splendas. And when I'm feeling fancy, a tsp of sugar free caramel syrup.0 -
funny you should ask, this moring I slipped and ordered cream and 2 sugar, haven't done that in over a year, but it was 4:30 a.m. and I was half brain dead. One sip and I almost gagged! WAY too much sugar. I think I can cut the sugar, but I still need to cream to cut the heat/acidity a bit.
Agree on the artificial stuff, use it on occasion, but really trying to rid it from my life! I too am watching carbs due to Type II diabetes0 -
I just use two tablespoons of whichever flavor of the International Delight brand creamers. Yummy.0

At home, I put in a bit of almond milk. At Dunkin Donuts, milk only. I don't like sweet coffee. Very rarely will I use cream or half and half, usually when there is no other option available.0

Cream and splenda. Once the splenda is gone, I'm not buying more, so it will be cream and raw sugar until I can cut that out....I've tried so many times but I do like a tiny bit sweet.0

I drink my coffee black unless it is way too strong--then I'll add some creamer to my coffee. However, the other day my husband made me a cup of coffee and after tasting it, I looked at him and said, 'Hey, what did you put in my coffee?' He put a teaspoon of Phillips Cafe Ole' Coffee Liqueur in my coffee Gotta say it was very good!! LOL
And I do count my coffee calories into my daily food journal. I was surprised to find that certain black coffee has calories. I was expecting zero calories but not so!!! I didn't know.0 -
At work I just put one of those little mini-moos in my cup. At home I use a little soy milk and a teaspoon of agave nectar.0

Depends on where it comes from...
Either black or with a splash of milk, though when my mother decides to make me some she doesn't understand teh Black part of it so will add just a bit of coffeemate to it for flavor. Black's so tasty, full of flavonoids!0 -
I do Keurig flavored coffee (2 calorie ones) along with 2 Tbsp sugar free French Vanilla Creamer for 30 Cals or 2 Tbsp of sugar free Peppermint Mocha (15 Cals) and 3 Splenda. It is fantastic and yummy. Tastes very sweet, very little calories to boot, and no guilt.0

Well......I don't have coffee frequently even before this, and I have it even less now. Nowdays I just plain drink a lot more water, and most days have a cup of herbal tea. When I have coffee I generally put about 1/8 of a cup of flavored, sweetened creamer in, and then 4 tablespoons of sugar, hahahaha. (which is why I don't make it frequently anymore)
I do hit starbucks once a week, even now. It's our "Tuesday treat" before a weekly appointment. I usually get something seasonal (or during the summer, sweetened passion tea lemonade). Now that I'm (temporarily) on a medication that is raising my blood sugar, I've looked at the menu and am going to get a skinny peppermint mocha (rather than a "normal" one), as it apparently has sugar-free syrup. I don't think once a week is a bad thing0 -
Usually I drink my coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk as well as two packets of Truvia sweetener. If I go to Starbucks, I try to get a "Skinny Latte" with skim or soy milk.0

White and sweet. Just how I like my...oh, I'm sure it's been said.0

Just bought a Keurig recently (still not sure why), and I've made my coffee with a little bit of unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and a Torani sugar free syrup flavor (I have a variety for my Shakeology and they are pretty good!). Very very low calorie coffee now compared to 3TBSP of creamer that I used to use.0

coffee!
have a big travel mug for morning commute with 2 tbsp of half and half - using 5% right now but usually 10%. No sugar. I feel with quality beans and a good brew you don't need the sugar.
Interesting that so many people are using protein powders, might have to experiment0
