Every last picture you have posted I have thought one of two things: "Now that's just sinful" or "This is food porn" LOL! I wish not all of my calories would be consumed by ONE of your posted meals! I just finished my dinner (Chicken and steamed veggies) and the pic of the open faced chicken parm made me hungry all over again. :blushing:0 -

Haha I know right?! I usually go down to the end of the page and scroll up to see new posts and it's gotten to the point that, just by seeing 1/2 of the picture, I KNOW that's his meal... Devilishly delicious looking food. His posts are the definition of temptation :P0 -

Hi Choy Please don't pic quote.. Brussels are really easy. I washed then cut in quartered and put them in a zip lock. Poured a little evol salt , pepper, garlic powder and shook everything in the bag to coat well. Poured Brussels on a spilt mat in a bake tray and roasted at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I like them crunchy0

cajun baked tilapia, with steamed broccoli and carrots, mash drizzled in bbq sauce!
Could I get the recipe for this...thinking about trying some tilapia
its superbly easy (mainly cause I don't like cooking fish in general. :P) Just buy cajun seasonings (i use mccormicks).
Preheat oven to 180C. Season the filet in a little pepper and salt first, and then coat it generously in the cajun seasoning, pop it in a foil and seal the foil up. Pop the fish in to the oven once preheated and bake for around 20 - 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes off your fork when you prod at it.0 -
kale avocado and cilantro salad with seasoned tofu
Did you season the tofu yourself, or does it come that way?0 -
